Q1: How does your factory control the product quality management ?
We have built an entire produce and test lines, including SMT devices, punching machine, laser printer machine, PCB splitter, high voltage tester, aging test machine, high-low temperature test champer, spectrum tester etc. Each led light will be under strictly quality controlled and aging tested for 72 hours before delivery.

Q2:Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products.

Q3: How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q4: Color Temperature of LED Light ?
Our led light in warm, natural and cool white with color temperature in kelvin (K).
Warm white=2800K-3200K
Natural white=4000K-4500K
Cool white=10000K-12000K
Q5: What is the CRI?
CRI is a figure which feedback the real colors,higher CRI with higher cost.

Q6: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
